Your role in our story
As Export Business Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind our international growth strategy. This is not just a job—it’s an adventure that will take you across continents and give you the chance to make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities:
Boost partnerships: Strengthen relationships with existing importers and distributors through improved account management, communication, and training.
Empower partners: Deliver architect presentations, organize trainings, and support customer experience initiatives like webinars and events.
Lead expansion: Develop new opportunities in Africa and the GCC region, building long-term country strategies and local networks.
Explore new horizons: Identify potential markets such as Canada, Turkey, and beyond.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
This is how we describe you
At least 5 years of experience in export sales, international business, or a similar B2B position.
Proven experience in developing new markets.
Results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative.
A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and digitally savvy.
Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are a plus.
Based in Ostend office, with a hybrid working model and intense international travel (40% of your time) for fairs, business meetings, or partner visits
Affinity with interior design is a bonus.
