Your role
As Account Manager for North Romania, you'll be the driving force behind Orac's expansion in your region. Your mission? Achieve ambitious sales targets by acquiring exciting projects and closing deals with key stakeholders: wholesalers, distributors, architects, designers, and interior professionals.
Picture your weekly routine: 4 days per week you’ll be on the road, engaging with potential clients. Around 80% of your time will be dedicated to fieldwork and meeting clients, where you’ll build powerful relationships and unlock business possibilities. You’ll be supported by an experienced team who will help you navigate and succeed in your role. Let’s not forget the remaining 20% of your time allocated to desk-oriented activities, ensuring everything keeps turning smoothly behind the scenes.
Your key responsibilities
Actively prospect and acquire new distributors, wholesalers, interior professionals and project partners in North Romania
Deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities and giving product advice
Analyze customer needs and translate them into Orac solutions and growth plans.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team
Organize demos,presentations and training sessions for clients and partners
Manage your pipeline and track performance through CRM and Power BI tools
You will collaborate closely with our Romanian team members, reporting to the Head of Sales.
What success looks like
Within 30 days, you will have completed your onboarding and core training gaining a solid understanding of Orac’s culture, values, product portfolio and key sales tools
Within 60 days, you will be conducting autonomous customer visits for Orac in North Romania, preparing for and following up on meetings
By 90 days, you have built and presented an account plan for your region, showing how you achieve your sales and customer growth targets.
This is you
Based in North Romania, ideally around Cluj-Napoca or Târgu Mures
Willing to travel within the region, including overnight stays when needed
Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong affinity for interior projects or the design industry
Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic sales environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
Organizing and planning come naturally to you
Solution-oriented approach with a results-driven attitude
Eager to learn and continuously improve
Experience with CRM software and digital tools is a plus
Fluent in English and Romanian
Hungarian language skills are a plus for certain sub-regions
