We need for you this
We are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our brand and visibility in your own sales territory in Northern Poland (Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie). As a field sales professional in the interior design industry, you’ll represent Orac’s unique values and help our brand stand out by applying your creativity, innovative ideas, and sales expertise.
You’ll generate new B2B business opportunities and convert leads into regular customers, managing key accounts and building a strong base of loyal clients for ORAC in Poland. You present at events and meetings to create opportunities and maintain strong client connections.
Picture your weekly routine: 4-5 days per week you’ll be on the road, engaging with potential clients. Around 80% of your time will be dedicated to fieldwork and meeting client, where you’ll build powerful relationships and unlock business possibilities. You’ll be supported by an experienced team who will help you navigate and succeed in your role. Let’s not forget the remaining 20% of your time allocated to desk-oriented activities, ensuring everything keeps turning smoothly behind the scenes.
What success looks like
At 30 days: You’re settled in. You know our products and strategy, you’ve mapped out your plan for the next quarter, and you’ve already paid your first customer visits alongside your manager and joined at least one event for designers.
At 60 days: You’re flying solo, visiting customers independently and running your own events.
At 90 days: You keep building on that strong start, growing your own base of loyal clients.
What you bring
Thanks to your flexibility and adaptability, you thrive in dynamic sales environments.
You have experience in B2B or field sales and key account management, with a good knowledge of sales techniques and always focus on achieving results.
Organizing and planning come naturally to you.
Travelling is not a problem for you. You're willing to visit customers regularly and attend various trade shows and events.
It doesn't have to be perfect, but a communicative level of English is required to work with the ORAC teams from all over the world.
Knowledge of the local design/interior market or building materials industry is a plus
