You’re joining a team of three in Ostend who actually work as one: supporting, challenging and backing each other up every day.

What you’ll be doing
You’re the person customers remember from first contact to long-term relationship.
You handle customer questions from A to Z by phone or email, always in a professional and customer-friendly way.
You process quotation requests, orders and returns accurately and efficiently. You answer product questions and think along on project requests.
You manage your pipeline in Salesforce (our CRM) and use AI tools to sharpen your outreach, track results and work smarter.
You grow existing accounts and actively work to prevent churn, always keeping the customer’s experience front of mind.
You follow up inbound leads, qualify opportunities and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
You reach out proactively to new and existing customers by phone, email and digital tools. You don’t wait for leads to come to you.
What success looks like
Within 30 days: You know Orac inside out. You’ve shadowed the team, completed your first Sales Excellence training and you’re picking up your first leads.
Within 60 days: You independently manage lead follow-up. You understand the Benelux market and you’re building your first customer relationships.
At 90 days: You’re running your first outreach campaigns, you’ve had your first wins and you’re a full part of the team.
What you bring
Fresh graduate or early career: Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, marketing or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience, a strong internship in sales or customer contact is a great start.
Genuinely curious. You ask questions, connect the dots and look for better ways of doing things without being asked.
An AI mindset. You naturally reach for smart tools to work faster and better, and you’re curious about what AI can do for sales.
Commercially driven. You enjoy spotting opportunities and get energy from following through on them.
A real team player who takes ownership. You show up, speak up and follow through.
Confident on the phone and in writing, and happy to make the first move. Structured and organised.
You can manage a busy pipeline without dropping the ball.
Fluent in Dutch and English. Confident enough in French to make that first contact count
