Your role

At Orac, we’re on a mission to elevate our digital experience and we’re looking for a curious, hands-on Web Solutions Analyst to help us get there. If you’re passionate about web technologies, CMS, and Ecommerce platforms, and you love turning complexity into clarity, this could be your next big move.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in our digital transformation. You’ll ensure our web platforms and content management solutions are stable, scalable, and ready to grow with us. You’ll work closely with ORAC teams and external partners to translate business needs into smart, integrated digital solutions—always with the customer experience in mind. We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and a solid first experience in web content management and Ecommerce support. You don’t need to know everything yet but you do need the drive to learn, improve, and grow alongside our digital and marketing teams.

As a Web Solutions Analyst at ORAC, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless digital experiences across our Web platform and Content Solutions. You’ll combine functional insight, user empathy, and technical curiosity to keep our web ecosystem running smoothly and evolving smartly.

🧩 Solve puzzles every day: As our second-line support hero, you’ll requalify tickets, troubleshoot tricky issues, and work hand-in-hand with our business teams and tech partners to get things back on track, fast. You’ll also help our IT Operations crew grow toward full autonomy.

📚 Turn complexity into clarity: You’ll build easy-to-use guides, documentation, and system records that make everyone’s life easier. Think of it as leaving a clear map for every digital explorer that follows.

🧪 Test, tweak, and win : From new features to big releases, you’ll test updates with care and creativity, making sure our platforms stay stable, sleek, and ready for business.

🚀 Keep tickets on the move: You’ll manage, escalate, and report on incidents and changes tickets, always keeping communication flowing. You’ll jump into web platform projects too, defining and testing new solutions and supporting go-lives.

💡 Shape what’s next: You’ll evaluate change requests, brainstorm scalable improvements, and help turn data into insight through smart web tracking and analytics. You’ll help us push the boundaries of what great customer experience feels like.

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Ecommerce platforms, including user management, integration, and system administration.

• Familiarity with security protocols and role-based access controls.

• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.

• Skilled in testing and validation processes.

• Experience in UI/UX improvement and web content management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• You communicate clearly and create user-friendly documentation in English.

• You bring knowledge of project management tools and methods, or you’re eager to learn them.
