What you’ll own

At ORAC, we’re on a mission to elevate our digital experience and we’re looking for a driven, proactive Digital Project Manager to help us get there. If you’re passionate about project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be your next big move.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects that shape Orac’s digital roadmap. From planning and blueprinting to go-live, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead complex digital projects from A to Z: Drive projects forward from kick-off to launch. Anticipate needs, understand the risks and solve the issues with teams to deliver projects on-time and above expectations.

• Connect the dots. Align Digital, Marketing, Sales, IT ops, Operations, Finance and external partners to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

• Bring structure and clarity. Build detailed project plans, manage risks and report progress transparently. Oversee the effective execution of work using appropriate project management tools ensuring effective project tracking. Identify and remove blockers that hinder the team’s progress.

• Resource allocation and scheduling: effectively allocate team resources, manage workloads and communicate realistic project timeline to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

• Shape what’s next. Help improve processes, governance and project maturity across the digital team. Apply both Agile and traditional project management methodologies ensuring flexibility and efficiency in delivery.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management (eCommerce, PIM, CMS, CRM).

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to use each.

• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager who thrives in cross functional environments.

• Great attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of resolving project challenges.

• Fluency in English, additional fluency in Dutch is preferred.

Bonus points

• Certifications like Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum Master.

• Understanding of integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Azure).

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
