As a Solution Architect you will join the Digital team to help drive growth across our organization. As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This includes working with the digital & data team and other business stakeholders to understand their requirement and translating them into technical solutions that are scalable and secure.
Ready to become part of it? Your key responsibilities?
You are able to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that serve as a basis for technical developers (internal and external).
You lead architecture development across one or multiple IT domains, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standard and selecting suitable technologies and platforms to achieve business objectives.
You develop integration solutions to ensure smooth data flow across platforms, improving operational efficiency and maintaining data integrity.
You guide development teams to adhere to architectural standards, oversee technical documentation reviews, and ensure consistency and quality across projects.
You engage in workshops and meetings to thoroughly understand stakeholders requirements, facilitating in-depth business-needs analysis to ensure aligned technical solutions.
This is how we describe you…
You have a Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience as an architect and/or development lead for software development projects.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (preferably Azure) and their architectural best practices.
Strong background in agile software development methodologies, enabling efficient and flexible project management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who can get things done quickly, thinking creatively and with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Committed to constant innovation, automation, and improvement to keep solutions state-of-the-art and effective.
