What you’ll do
As part of our dynamic finance team, you will:
Assist in preparing financial statements through monthly closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
Process bank statements and follow up on customer balances to ensure smooth credit control process.
Be responsible for the follow-up and processing of the approved purchase invoices in accounting and maintaining supplier balances
Manage intercompany goods workflows effectively.
Maintain and follow-up on travel and expense applications.
Prepare statutory and tax returns (e.g., VAT, intra-community declarations, Intrastat) to comply with local regulations.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed, manage the electronic archive, and monitor shared mailboxes.
We are looking for someone who …
We’re seeking someone who
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Is fluent in Dutch (native) and English (professional efficiency).
Has strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a passion for working with numbers.
Can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Is hands-on, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses excellent communication skills for interacting with various teams across the organization.
Has experience with SAP – a clear advantage and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Isabel, Exact Online is a plus.
Is digitally savvy and enjoys working with modern applications.

Your roadmap tot success
30 days: Get to know the team and familiarize yourself with our accounting systems.
60 days: Take ownership of manual payments and customer/vendor account clearing processes.
90 days: Manage the monthly closing for one of our companies while building sales force cases.
